1. **GitHub node**: Authenticate with personal access token, select repo
2. **Set trigger**: "On New Issue" (or "On Issue Labeled" for filtered)
3. **Trello node**: Authenticate via API key + token, select board + list
4. **Map fields**: Issue title → card name, body → description, labels → Trello labels
5. **Optional**: Add a Switch node to route to different lists based on label
